As the Scenic Area is out of town, it is advisable to spend at least half a day here to make the most out of it. There's plenty of activities to do!

How to get here

The most convenient way is to take taxi (pre-book via your preferred app, e.g. Baidu/Didi). Alternatively, you can take the metro then change to a bus, but this will take longer.

Cherry Blossom Garden 东湖樱花园

Covering over 260 acres, the garden features thousands of cherry trees in more than ten varieties, creating a stunning sea of pink and white blooms each spring.

If you're seeking a more relaxed experience, the cable car (磨山索道) provides a scenic ride up Moshan Hill, offering breathtaking aerial views of the surrounding landscapes and a chance to admire the Chu cultural relics from above.
