Top Tips
Bring comfortable shoes to wear as it's located along a mountain slope, so there will be gradients whilst you roam around the park

Edward Youde Aviary
Named after the 26th Governor of Hong Kong during British rule in recognition of his bird-watching hobby, the aviary is located in the Southern park of the Park.
It features a collection of around 500 birds which represent 60 species from all over Asia.
Opened in 1992, it consists of an elevated walkway with the entrance near the top of the park, allowing visitors to walk through the tree canopy.
Avid birdwatchers can spend hours here spotting the numerous number of birds, whilst listening to them chirping away. It is definitely a relaxing way to spend an afternoon!
Museum of Teaware
Located in Flagstaff House, which used to be the office and residence of the Commander of British forces in Hong Kong, the converted museum now has exhibitions which showcases Chinese tea culture.
The museum has regular tours and tea demonstrations, but make sure to check online in advance for the latest times.

The Lake
The artificial lake is the centrepiece of the park, and is by far the most popular part to visit. Surrounded by lush greenery and carefully landscaped gardens, the lake serves as a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle.
Many office workers from nearby come here during their lunch hour to take a step back from their work and enjoy their lunch whilst soaking up the tranquil atmosphere.
It is home to a variety of fish and aquatic plants, where you can enjoy the sight of colourful koi swimming in the water. Butterflies are also common amongst the bright pink coloured flowers, making it a perfect spot to take your photos!
Conservatory
The conservatory showcases a wide variety of plant species from different climates and regions. Divided into three sections, it offers an immersive experience to understand the diversity of plant life.
It features tropical plants, cactus, and also seasonal floral displays which change throughout the year. Take a walk here and smell the floral aroma!
Whilst you're in the area, why not head up to Victoria Peak, for the best views of the city?
